| أَرَأَيْتَ الَّذِي يُكَذِّبُ بِالدِّينِ {١} |
1. Seest thou one who denies the Judgment (to come)? |
| فَذَٰلِكَ الَّذِي يَدُعُّ الْيَتِيمَ {٢} |
2. Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness), |
| وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِينِ {٣} |
3. And encourages not the feeding of the indigent. |
| فَوَيْلٌ لِلْمُصَلِّينَ {٤} |
4. So woe to the worshippers |
| الَّذِينَ هُمْ عَنْ صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ {٥} |
5. Who are neglectful of their prayers, |
| الَّذِينَ هُمْ يُرَاءُونَ {٦} |
6. Those who (want but) to be seen (of men), |
| وَيَمْنَعُونَ الْمَاعُونَ {٧} |
7. But refuse (to supply) (even) neighbourly needs. |
