 |
| وَالتِّينِ وَالزَّيْتُونِ {١} |
1. By the Fig and the Olive! |
| وَطُورِ سِينِينَ {٢} |
2. And by Mount Sinai! |
| وَهَٰذَا الْبَلَدِ الْأَمِينِ {٣} |
3. And by this Safe City! |
| لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ فِي أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍ {٤} |
4. Surely, We have created man in the best of moulds. |
| ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَاهُ أَسْفَلَ سَافِلِينَ {٥} |
5. Then We reduced him to the lowest of the low; |
| إِلَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ فَلَهُمْ أَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُونٍ {٦} |
6. Save those who believe and act right; for theirs is a reward unfailing. |
| فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعْدُ بِالدِّينِ {٧} |
7. But what shall make you call the judgment after this a lie? |
| أَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ الْحَاكِمِينَ {٨} |
8. Is not Allah the most wise (just or conclusive) of judges? |
